FAQ's

Where are you guys located?

We are an online store located in Victoria, Australia.

Do you do same day delivery?

Sorry, unfortunately there is no service available for this. Postage is minimum 1 day if you chose express post. We do not advertise anywhere on our website that same day delivery is available.

When will i get my order?

If you order before 2:30pm Mon-Fri your order will be posted same day. Most of our orders are next day delivery if express post is chosen, longer if regular post. Unfortunately we can not guarantee any postal times and we cant stop the posties from messing up deliveries or having their truck burn down in the middle of a highway. Please check the Australia Post website to see if your area is within the next day network.

My order has not arrived the next day via Express Post, why not?

We do not control the post, although we wish we could! Lots of factors will delay the mail. Australia Post are not 100% reliable so we at PimpMyEyes can not guarantee any postal times. Australia Post can be real lazy at times. Who knows what they are doing behind the wheel of the truck or bike. 90% of our orders make it next day, the other 10% is a mystery to us! Please check your tracking number in the email you will receive when we post your order off. Check your spam box.

Do you post World Wide?

Yes we do. However postage is charged on O/S orders.

Why doesn't the price discount work in checkout?

Just give the page a few seconds to load, it will work!

Do you sell prescription contact lenses?

No, unfortunately we don't.

What are your postage costs?

Please check out our postage costs page or look at the big banner just above!

Why don't I receive emails after I have made an order or emailed you through the "Contact Us" page?

You have either entered your email address incorrectly or your emails are going to your spam / junk folder. If you have an account, please check your email address.

Do I need to consult an optometrist before I wear contact lenses?

Yes, we suggest you go see an optometrist as you will get professional help on inserting and removing contact lenses and instructions on how to look after them before you make a purchase.
